All name paintings and personalized artworks are:

Created specifically for you

Cannot be resold to others

Contain unique artistic interpretations

2. Limited Exceptions

We may consider refunds ONLY if:

The artwork is physically damaged during shipping (must provide photos within 48 hours)

There's a major mistake in your requested name/text (not including artistic style differences)

3. Your Confirmation

By ordering, you agree:

✓ You're purchasing a custom-made product

✓ No returns/refunds are allowed for personal preference changes

✓ Minor artistic variations don't qualify for refunds

4. Problem Resolution

For damaged items:

Email clear photos to sylvanima@gmail.com

We'll send a replacement within 30 days

No cash refunds - replacement only
