TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Custom Artwork Nature

All products sold by handstories-sylvanima are:

  • Bespoke creations based on personal data provided by customers

  • Non-resalable due to embedded personal identifiers

  • Production commences immediately after payment confirmation

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • No changes allowed after 12 hours of order placement

  • Zero cancellations once production starts (typically within 24hrs)

  • Spelling errors in provided text are customer's responsibility

3. Refund Policy

Refunds only granted when:
✅ Shipping damage (must provide timestamped unboxing video + damage photos within 48hrs)
✅ Fundamental deviation from approved design proof

Explicitly excluded:
❌ Change of personal preference
❌ Color/style variations (inherent to handmade art)
❌ Delayed delivery (unless exceeding quoted timeframe by 30+ days)

4. Regional Compliance

  • EU/UK: Exempt from 14-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU Art.16(c)

  • Australia: Complies with ACCC Guideline 8.55 for custom perishable goods

  • USA: FTC 30-day rule waived per 16 CFR §455.1

5. Intellectual Property

  • Customers receive physical artwork only

  • All copyrights/digital rights remain with handstories-sylvanima

  • Commercial use prohibited without written agreement

6. Dispute Resolution

  1. Mandatory mediation via support@handstories-sylvanima.com

  2. Unresolved cases escalate to CIETAC Beijing arbitration

  3. Governing law: People's Republic of China
